Stock acquisition of Nihon Techno-Plus Co. Ltd.

　We are pleased to announce that, as of December 28, 2021, Kobe Material Testing Laboratory Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Hyogo-ku, Kobe-shi, Hyogo, Representative Director: Masaaki Tsurui) has completed the acquisition of all shares of Nihon Techno-Plus Co. Ltd. (Head Office: Yodogawa-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka), making it a group company.

　Nihon Techno-Plus Co. Ltd. develops devices for physical property measurement. The company is one of the world’s leading developers and distributors of the resonance elastic modulus measuring devices among the devices they have developed.
　By welcoming Nihon Techno-Plus Co. Ltd as a member of our group, we are expecting significant synergy effects with our strength in physical property measurement and testing equipment development.

　Kobe Material Testing Laboratory Group, now including Nihon Techno-Plus Co. Ltd., will continue to work together as a group to support our customers’ research activities for the development of society.
