Basic Policy

KMTL Group conducts business ethically, honestly, and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations and internal rules. How we conduct ourselves is critical to our management foundation. We will act responsibly according to social norms and will not pursue profits unfairly. Our commitment is to carry out sincere and fair business activities.

1.Mission We will fulfill our social responsibility as a general analysis, testing and research company from a neutral and fair standpoint as an independent third-party organization.
2.Strict compliance to laws and regulations, and rules We will strictly comply with laws and regulations and rules, and will act in a fair and consistent manner according to corporate ethics and social norms.
3.Exclusion of antisocial forces We will take a resolute stand against antisocial forces that threaten the order and safety of society, and will contribute to create a healthy community.
4.Creation of a comfortable work environment We will comply with labor-related laws and regulations, and will respect the diversity, personality, and individuality of employees while ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment.

 Global environment preservation is a common issue for all the humanity.KMTL proactively works to conserve resources and energy and to protect the natural environment in all areas of our business activities. Our contribution to the community and society is based on our corporate philosophy–playing a role in contributing to the improvement of human life through scientific and technological knowledge.

1 We recognize loads that our business activities, products, and services produce on the regional society and environment. We will promote environmental management activities as much as technologically and economically possible, reviewing periodically for continuous improvement.
2 In each process of design and manufacture, deployment of new facilities, equipment and services, we will be environmentally conscious and try to prevent pollution.
3 We will comply with environmental laws and regulations, environmental limits specified by customers, and our voluntary standards.
4 To reduce loads on the environment caused by our business activities, we will make efforts to
1. save energy,
2. reduce and recycle waste,
3. reduce water pollution, and
4. reduce and eliminate the use of environmentally hazardous materials.
5 We will familiarize all our employees with this environmental policy to raise environmental awareness in the company.
6 We disclose this environmental policy internally and externally.

INFORMATION SECURITY BASIC POLICY

In today‘s IT society, KMTL is committed to information security throughout the company. We will properly deal with security challenges against growing threats and safeguard our information assets according to the following policy, including information from our customers.

1 To maintain and improve information security, we establish a Security Management Committee headed by the Chief Information Officer (President).
2 We will ensure our information security efforts and initiatives by our employees’ acquisition of the knowledge and skills necessary for the proper use of information assets.
3 We will comply with laws and regulations and internal rules related to information security.
4 Should any violation of laws and regulations, breach of contract, or accident relating to information security arise, we will take appropriate action to prevent its recurrence.
